Ngày 24/04 vừa qua, GroupG Asia Pacific cùng đối tác Condio GmbH phối hợp với trường HUFI - Đại học Công nghiệp Thực phẩm Tp.HCM đã tổ chức thành công lễ trao học bổng G’Foundation và tọa đàm: Phát triển công thức mới và các giải pháp chất ổn định "tailor-made": Xu hướng tương lai cho ngành Công nghiệp Thực phẩm.
Sự kiện đã thu hút sự tham gia của hơn 150 giảng viên, sinh viên đến từ khoa Công Nghệ Thực Phẩm và đại diện đến từ 15 tập đoàn, doanh nghiệp trong lĩnh vực sản xuất thực phẩm. Nhân dịp này, G’Foundation – quỹ học bổng của GroupG Asia Pacific đã tài trợ 10 suất học bổng với tổng trị giá năm mươi triệu đồng cho các sinh viên ưu tú.
Tailor-made Stabilization and Recipe Development

International experts from CONDIO and GroupG have had a chance to share and discuss with HUFI professors and students the future approach for food stabilizers. From both theoretical and practical points of view, stabilizers play an essential role in generating food's unique taste, texture, and structure, which mainly contribute to the brands' competitive advantages. The tailor-made stabilization and recipe development require a lot of effort from both the ingredient supplier and the manufacturer in such open innovation collaboration, but the outcomes are worth it.
G'Foundation - Scholarship and Sponsorship Funding for Future Research
GroupG Asia Pacific is committed to initiating talent development activities in the cosmetic chemistry and food technology industries. We seek opportunities to join the training, research, and promoting new educational programs with universities.
